My name is Donna, and I am a partner, mom, daughter, creator, researcher and jill-of-all trades. We have lived in Belchertown, MA for 19 years and enjoyed local products from the area. I started Mama Bear Hug as a way to honor my Mama—the original Mama Bear. Mama was a maker, creating handmade goods as gifts for loved ones, products for market, and for helping others. Her determination, protectiveness, authenticity, and great capacity to love—along with the unwavering support from my Dad—shaped me into who I am as a parent, partner and human.
